lino floor

lino floor

if thats how you spell it.
anyways iv got the lino floor down at the moment but going to put marm down, just wondering best way to do it, does the lino need to come up first? does the floor (or any floor need to be screeded first) or can something go down first, is the screed process expensive. thanks for your help

I would take the lino up then use a basic self levelling floor screed.
al.You would then prime the screed then plaster as normal.

Aye, just bear in mind if the floor moves the plaster will crack.

because this plaster is a bit like a paint, will it chip the floor bit by bit, and dropping things on the floor, will this be a problem

have you done floors before, because i have done my kitchen wall and we have cutlery utensils hanging on the wall and its chiped in a few places, what would it be like with wear and tear all day, dogs ect.
